Credits pay for image and video generation on ImageFX. The model and settings determine the cost shown before submission. GPT Image 2 costs 5 credits per generation. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Subscription credits follow the availability and expiry dates shown in your account. Annual subscriptions make the listed monthly allowance available each month, rather than the entire yearly allowance at once.

Yes. Cancel future renewals in Settings → Billing, or email support@imagefx.org for help. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made; credit availability follows the expiry dates in your account.

Failed generations return generation credits. For duplicate charges, payment errors, or an unused subscription, email support@imagefx.org to request a refund review, preferably within 7 days of the charge. Requests are assessed based on payment history, credit usage, and applicable law. See our Terms of Service.

No. All plans and models prohibit NSFW, nudity, sexual content, adult services, exploitation, and illegal content. Text prompts are reviewed before generation; rejected prompts do not use generation credits. Paying for a plan does not bypass safety review.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Stripe processes supported card payments. The checkout shows the purchase currency, total charge, and billing interval before payment.

Basic includes 800 credits per month and Pro includes 2000 credits per month. These credits can be used with the available image and video models. Prices, billing intervals, and annual totals are shown above and confirmed at checkout.

Contact support@imagefx.org before purchasing another subscription to change plans. We can review your current subscription and available options to help avoid overlapping charges. Automatic upgrades, downgrades, or prorated billing are not promised.
